Ok, but the situation of NGOs is different.

No, it is just one voice, like you and me and many others.

Well, I dont know wether Greenpeace and Amnesty are avant-garde anyway.
Take human rights, whatever this is, for example.
To argue for human rights is nothing if you forget the conditions of human
life. Politics is more.

GWB did this war in Iraq for human rights, to liberate the poor Iraqis,
didnt he?
