I really liked the fascist break-down the other day. Thanks.

It's the deeply porous, miraculated nature of all transactions for me --
where G&D noticed the potential for a world where culture could be converted
into capital the dialectic has shifted such that there is no distinction
left for the conversion to affect. It's become culture writ large, the
unfortunate help by capital in uncovering the real, has been ameliorated by
Dr. Phil, diversified RRSPs and group [machinic] decisions. Our privilege
states that poverty is only a state of mind as long as we remain positive
and committed. We've lost the sense of what Imperialism is -- the end to
our rightful aspirations and we've lost touch with the ire that this
knowledge justifies.

One thing I notice with this list is the age range... there is a new
generation and the older is even "newer" than the new.... Sometimes it
simply makes no sense what someone is talking about in here. And, I
say this because I am young and was not even alive in May 1968... not
even knowing what it was... Yes, I read Deleuze and try to understand
but, we are dealing with different practical problems, things have
created into other things, some things have failed, and the forces are
much different than before... seeming more diversified and yet maybe
not as free today???
