and .. I see what superdragon has brought to light, I imagine that
same transplantation of violence happening with this case, over two
different spheres.. spiritual and territorial, as in land and
identity. And this is where I think there is a revealing intersection
with spain in 1492 w/ ferdinand & isabella: at home and abroad,
specifically  the transvaluation of the meaning of property, and what
follows after this act being like that echo as violence.  perhaps here
is where haiti is unique.
