I don't know Holton and Suppes, but their thoughts
sound interesting. Though, interpreting Popper (I
assume that writing together "PKF/Popper" meant both
of them) in such a way would completely refute his
main theses of qualitative growth of knowledge, so I
don't think it would be really consistent with his
theory. But it would be indeed one more argument for
opposing it.
