The most important thing participant 'B' says is "Do I accept the theses Churchland abstracts from my earlier work? Yes, all of them.... with the possible exception of 2: the essence of commonsense may be *displaced* by materialism (in the sense of Churchland) but it is not therefore *worse* (in an objective sense) than materialism".
