Subject: [Puptcrit] Karagiozis script sought asap

I am looking for help in locating a traditional script or story synopsis of
a play for the Greek shadow puppet Karagiozis. What I remember is
Karagiozis is watching some maidens washing. He lies down to hide from
them and they unknowing tie their laundry line to a part of him that they
mistake for a tree or stump. If anyone can email or fax me information
about or better yet, a copy of this script I would be grateful.
Thanks,
Michael
PS: Also, what is the correct pronounciation of Karagiozis (hard 'g', soft
'g'?)
