Thanks Steve, for sharing the link to this article with us.
Here's what I think about some comments Stone made.

Matt Stone was quoted as saying:
"I don't know why we thought doing a puppet movie would be fun because it
was terrible," he continued. "It was really hard because they can't do
anything at all."

YIKES!
Puppets can do anything, even fly, change dimension, give you a new career,
or change themselves into something else!
I'm glad some of my puppets were behind me (and in telepathic link) while I
was reading this. They rarely take things personal, so they convinced me
that the Matt Stone comments were not to be taken as a serious threat on all
puppets. We should however keep an eye on him if he ever shows up at a
puppet related show or event, just in case he means to get physical...

Anybody have an oversize, particularly territorial, physical, and
politically-incorrect Punch puppet we could assign as an undercover security
agent?

I think the movie experience wouldn't have been such a hellish experience if
they had had more fun in the process, and taken their time with it. In my
opinion, puppetry without passion is half-puppetry.

NOW I want to see the Team America movie, to see if it was really THAT bad.
I suspect there must have been actual puppeteers who love their job, on the
staff.
