If the PofA store already has a merchant account that doesn't prohibit 
them from using PayPal as well. I think PayPal's per transaction fees 
are actually lower than those charged by the credit card companies.

Where most web site shopping carts fail is that they don't make 
purchasing easy and straightforward; PayPal is easy (and cheap!) to set 
up and run. It costs virtually nothing. Adding it to a website is a 
no-brainer in my opinion.
