I obtained this at an estate sale, only book on puppets ,  but worth the 
drive and time
   just for this, I was like a kid in a candy store, hard to hold  back the 
excitement , grabbed
   it, paid and ran! I started to break out in a beads  of sweat when I saw 
it laying there
   had to push several people out of the way to grab it.
