You can also see the Guignol in the jardin du Luxembourg and the jardin 
d'Acclimatation, both theatres have been classics of Parisian kid 
entertainement for decades and more. Shows probably mid afternoon on 
Wed, Sat +Sun.
Both the "Pariscope" and "L'Officiel des Spectacles" will give you a 
complete listing of everything going on in town. You might find some 
interesting avant-guarde puppetry.
