I've used a "pignose" amp that you can wear around your neck, with two inputs, or a splitter into one input. http://www.pignoseamps.com/?disp=master&subcat=portamps
 
Another good one I use is the "Apollo Waistband Amplifier." The model number is PA-5007 and it is very light and ties around your waist, takes 6 AA batteries and the mic is on a headset. Not sure of a direct website for that, but I am sure it'll come up in google searches. Hope this helps.
