Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Strongest Glue for Foam?

Andrew,

We have been using 3M gasket contact cement for about 4 years and really
love it.
It is unfortunately one of the only things in our studio that is toxic.
Not to the level that
Barge is, but you still don't want to work in a closed room without a
respirator.

The best thing about it is that not only does it bond soft foam
fantastically, but it also works
on other materials as well. Fabric to foam, Foam to wood, Fabric to
wood. Etc. Your
best bet is to find a local distributor of 3M distributors. You can buy
it in small tubes in places
like PEP boys, but the charge a mint. $6 - $9 for a 4 oz tube. We by
Quarts for around $20.

Best,

Liz
