Hi Steve,
I don't know about using a vacuum chamber, but I would like to advise you
that Bil Baird pioneered casting latex puppets when latex first became
available. (He called it "gummy" in his design drawings.) Bubbles in the plaster were
always an annoying problem.
One trick he used was to hold an electric vibrating back massager against
the bowl of wet plaster to get the bubbles to rise to the surface and pop. He
would do test castings, and would recast until he got a mold without any air
bubbles. I don't know if you have tried this, but your products look great!

Has anyone used a vacuum chamber on plaster molds to remove air

problem. Darn the bubbles!
