I can't imagine myself having been pulled over by police for a speeding ticket, turning up the radio and reaching into the back seat full of my puppets & props and pulling out a fake hand gun. How sad. Did anyone know this puppeteer? Jacob Faust in San Diego? It may be sad, but if it is true that he resisted and was looking for trouble then he got what was deserved , if the officers made up the story to cover their screw up the officers should be nailed for murder, But if the history of this kid is true I'm not surprised at this result, and why would someone even a toy gun have it in a pocket of a seat? anyone knows that things like that you pack away in a bag, even real gun owners know, that a gun is to be secured in a gun case and locked unloaded in a vehicle.
