It may be sad, but if it is true that he resisted and was looking for  
trouble then
 he got what was deserved , if the officers made up the story to cover  their 
screw up
 the officers should be nailed for murder,
 But if the history of this kid is true I'm not surprised at this  result, 
and why would someone
 even a toy gun have it in a pocket of a seat? anyone knows that  things like 
that you pack away in a bag, even real gun owners know, that a gun  is to be 
secured in a gun case and
 locked unloaded in a vehicle.
