Hello, All.  I'm the person who foolishly agreed to take on the P of A
Membership office in addition to my full time job as a puppeteer.  Being new
to this job and having received very little instruction, I have spent many
hours trying to figure out how to proceed.  I did accidentally send out
renewal notices to the entire list, including some people who had already
paid.  I've been late getting out new member packets as I try to keep up
with the 30-50 renewal notices that come in each day and get them all
entered into the database.  I took over this job just before its busiest
time (membership renewal).  I beg you all to be patient with me. Usually
when a new person takes over a job, they are thoroughly trained into the
system.  Unfortunately, that was not the case.  However, it's all getting
