 of 28 years is still protected in its second term.as a special law  was 
passed in the
 1970's extending the second term 67 years instead of an additional 28  years.
 
   The trick marionette book was privately published by puppet  imprints in 
michigan
   in 1935 and not copyrighted I/E public domain
