I quit on the early audience kick when I did my first show for fetuses
(feti???).  You wouldn't believe the problems I had with the hospital
staff when I reversed the circuits on all the sonogram machinery.

Sorry, Bob, I can't help you on the stem cell show. I decided about a  
year ago that the big money was the DNA and RNA shows. I've gone to a  
per-seat pricing structure and just clone the audience members if I  
need more cash.
