Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to announce that today Sam Rugg made his professional 
debut as a puppeteer!  I just did a major rebuild on a show (Trickster 
Tales) to turn it from a one-person show to a two-person show.  (I know 
that that is considered backwards development, but I've been doing this 
show solo since 1998 and wanted to make changes that all involved 
additional hands.)  Sam volunteered for this position -- I didn't coerce 
him, really.  Anyway, for those of you who know him, if you wish you can 
send your congratulations (or condolensces?) to sam-AT-barefootpuppets.com.

He did a great job, by the way.  The role is non-speaking at this 
point.  He has to watch me, watch the puppets, watch his hands, etc...  
It's a great role for a beginner that could develop into a more 
partnered role.  We are very excited!
