The core is made after you cast your mother mold. Lay into the negative areas of the outter mold, a thickness of clay which is equal to the thickness of your desired foam latex casting. Once the clay is laid into each half (or more pieces)... put them together and blend the seams. Next cast your core into the mother (case) mold...creating the core. The core will need a neck support, in order to suspend it correctly inside the case mold. To remove, open the mother (case) remove the core, remove the clay and create some injection holes. You'll need to inject the foam latex (once mixed) into the mold...or you can lay in the foam latex and captivate it between the spaces.
