(Barney, Elmo, Big Bird, etc.) While it is perfectly legal to own a character look alike, you can't make any money on them. The Barney people tried to sue us when we didn't even have a Barney look alike... our dinosaur was green. So, if you are getting paid to build this puppet, it's probably not a good idea.
