Nope. I moved to the Scott's Addition area near the Diamond about 5 
years ago. Mostly an improvement. Some drawbacks. It is in a big old 
(about 100 years) warehouse so you end up heating and cooling a lot of 
storage space if you try to do so. I really don't mind the heat in the 
summer, but the cold is a pain - especially when you are sculpting and 
casting. In the winter I do have heat there that I keep at a minimum, 
but try to use area heaters to make the work space comfortable.
