To: puptcrit-driftline.org-AT-lists.driftline.org You might try UFP Technologies. _http://www.ufpt.com/materials.asp?display=1_ (http://www.ufpt.com/materials.asp?display=1) Five or six years ago when we were living in St. Petersburg, Florida, we were asked to make a "bill" costume for a production of Schoolhouse Rocks. It needed to look like a huge sheet of rolled-up paper, with the actor's arms and legs sticking out and a hole for his face to show. BJ Guyer, who was living in Orlando at that time, directed us to a place in Kissimmee. They're now known as UFP Technologies, and there are several locations around the country, including Raritan, NJ. We got a couple of sheets of a dense closed-cell foam, at least 3 x 4 feet, maybe larger. I don't know if it was polypropylene or EVA or something else, but they sell a huge variety of foam products. I don't think they're really geared toward small purchases, but by going to their location we were able to buy a relatively small amount and specify the thickness we wanted.
