What? If I read this correctly, you are equating the desirability of 
homosexuality with that of early death and violent crime. I have found 
that the gay folks I know are much happier and better people than the 
violent criminals or early dead people I know (or, in the case of the 
dead folks, have known).

There are a lot of gay people on this list, and there are many talented 
and happy gay puppeteers. It would be nice if they, and those of us who 
love and respect them, could read the list without being insulted.
