Firstly, I don't need anyone to do my apologizing for me.

I'm going to repost what Mr. Gamble wrote as an "apology" and if you can 
find it to be anything but an empty one and mere a parading of credentials, 
you're doing better than me:

This is not the first time that Mr. Gamble has used this forum as a platform 
to express his political opinions. Whether anyone agrees with them or not is 
beside the point since this is supposedly a forum to discuss puppetry and 
not politics. Where the two worlds collide is certainly open for discussion 
here, but such was not the subject of Mr. Gamble's message in question.

Please keep your politics off this list, Mr. Gamble. And I will do my best 
to control my "pointed, sort of nasty" remarks.
