Here's a couple from my area:

"Flip toppping"- Lip syncing with the fingers going up
rather than the thumb going down

"Star Gazing"- Puppet with focus too high (usually
from a tired/bad puppeteer, or a badly built puppet)

"Fly Catching"-bighting the syllables instead of
opening on them

"Shake and Bake"- from Thom Fountain and Krofft
Theater, refers to sloppy and/or amaturish hand
puppetry

"Grrranimals"-from Donna Kimball, used in certain
circles in LA, refers to someone badly skipping
syllables with their lip sync. Origin was an audition
tape (not Donna's) where the word "Grrranimals" was
performed as one syllable
