It includes two pages (in English) of background and instruction on the Bross control bar design as well as a technical diagram of the control with templates of all the parts. I don't know if it is still available. I'd suggest going to the source ( website: www.albrecht-roser.de and email: albrecht-roser-AT-t-online.de ). I'm sure Albrecht and his assistant Ingrid would be more than happy to help. If that doesn't work, I' be happy to make a copy of what I have. As Ray mentioned, Albrecht's book has been in process for a number of years now. Since Albrecht is a true perfectionist, I suspect it will be a while before it makes it to print.
