Thanks Will, your horror stories of "way back when in the art Den" were both 
enlightening and spooky.


I received the MSDS sheets from the Dynamic company, about all the Pro Tint.
Then I received a direct answer to my questions.
YIKES.

Even they do not reccomed the uses I projected for their product.
Back to the drawing board, but I'll return the stuff first, and get the pure 
natural pigments instead, but I will make sure they are non toxic once they 
are in a binder. I'll use a fine dust mask and very slow movements to move 
the powders, or I'll get the liquid, concentrated version I've gotten 
before.
