The 3-disc set of Brazil has a section on the puppets in the extras. I'd forgotten about the ones in Time Bandits. Guess I'm due to see that one again. Darn! :-) Brothers Grimm has some puppets scattered about here and there. I may have to go back and watch Twelve Monkeys and Fisher King just to see if there are some tucked away somewhere. There is a Pinocchio doll in Fisher King, but I don't remember actual puppets. Not a Gilliam movie, but there is a Punch and Judy show in Charade with Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant. She sort of narrates it for those unfamiliar with the show.
