Have you tried Aves Apoxie Sculpt? Fully carveable, drillable...very 
strong.......
Had to run a festival workshop recently on puppet making and Apoxie sculpt 
wasnt available so grabbed Magic Sculpt instead....no one mentioned the six 
hour setting time!!!! Bit disconcerting when you expect a 30-40 minute 
setting time.......The joys eh?
