My experience in locating this fabric has been that it is seasonal here
on the East Coast, don't know about Puerto Rico. It is used for awnings
and if you look for it at the wrong time of year here where I am (NY)
you will not find it in any fabric stores. I have seen it in both
green/white and red/white striped treated canvas. May not be the right
style for awnings in Puerto Rico, but you might be able to get it from
a supplier in the states when the weather gets warmer. Just my 2 cents.
