INTERPRETATION WITH PUPPETS

Teacher: Jordi Bertran.

Schedule: from 10.30 to 14.30 h.
Place: Pepe Otal's Marionettes. C/ Guardia 11.
Barcelona.
Price: 125 Euros.

Objectives 
giving more life to our marionette
causing that its presence grows in the scene
making of the marionette an effective vehicle of our
emotions

Contents
Exercises of movement, destined to improve the
expressiveness of the manipulator.
Analysis of the expressiveness of different types of
puppets. (Included those of the own pupils)
Interpretation and improvisation from his expressive
possibilities.

In order that a puppet is effective, it needs to be 
constructed of way adapted to the expectations that in
it we deposit.

We will analyze and study: Joints, weight, controls,
axles, pulleys, counterweights, levers, rods,
pendulums...
