I had to comment on this. It does happen and when people call me with this 
line I have a sales pitch that I always use. Sometimes it works sometimes it 

However, this is the way you can avoid people like that. Have a web site 
just for birthdays. In your advertising don't bother putting a phone number, 
list your web site instead. If your web site is good, you rarely have to do 
a sales pitch. Your web site does that for you. My web site says 
essentially, "This guy's expensive, but he's worth it." When people email me 
asking about a birthday party, the question is never price, it's which show 
they want.
