Subject: [Puptcrit] Puppets almost everywhere

A music video that is a very simply line drawn cartoon features tiny
finger puppets (cartoons of, not actual) as romantic metaphors for a
romantic relationship (or something like that).

On cable news MSNBC an evening news show called COUNTDOWN with Keith
Olbermann took to using puppets to reenact the Michael Jackson trial
while it was in session. The "Puppet Theatre" became a semi-regular
feature for other news of the moment stories, as in last evenings Anna
Nicole Smith visit to the Supreme Court. The "puppets" are barely
puppets. Pretty much cutout photos taped to sticks that short of shake
as they are voiced by COUNTDOWN staffers. maybe it is time for an all
puppet 24 hour news channel...

I cannot access the "puppet theatre" features on the COUNTDOWN website:

Because it requires Microsoft=A9 Internet Explorer 6 and Microsoft=A9 Media
Player 10, because I am on a Mac and Internet Explorer 6 is not
available for the Mac. The COUNTDOWN "puppet theatre" features do not
play on Safari or Firefox browsers, but if you are using the evil
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 you should be able to see it.

A small graphic of the type of "puppet" used:
