This is a multi-part message in MIME format.


 But the audience couldn't relate to that and so instead of
getting caught up with the "magic" they were more or less alienated from the
character. This was years ago but it is still something I want to
accomplish.

Hi, Mark:

This doesn't answer your question, but I can really relate to your expeience above.  I'm a storyteller, and my favorite stories are the ghostly tales with vague endings.  Imagining the possibilities keeps me up at night!  However, I find audiences always want to know, "What happened then?!"  I try to stick with stories that have endings now.  Sigh.
