Hi Deborah

I'm really, really new to using paper mache so this is probably a reallly
basic question, but do you soak the paper in water before applying to the
mask/puppet, or do you mix up the paste mixture and brush it onto the dry
paper?

I use wallpaer paste...sometimes add a little white glue. 4
layers...newspaper, craft paper, newspaper, craft paper.
Same with all my pupppets.
