contact the Annenberg Center and see if you can get a list of the attendees for the International Showcase of Performing Arts for Young People . if not try on line. For the contact
Lots of theatrical agents attend the showcase and rep companies., both large and small. 

Most of the good ones work nationally and may not be located in Philly.
