You can make the feet with Cardboard and Open Backs so the kids can slip their feet into them for walking the character and then you can have one kid on head and feet and two others on the Arms. You can cut hands out of Cardboard and attach Tongue depressers to the wrist on an angle for arm manipulation. The puppets won't last forever, but the kids will learn a style they can repeat on their own, and the teachers will have a new teaching tool after you leave. Best, Liz K.
