Thanks for your report on the Obraztsov Program in LA.   Sounds like it was 
the exact same troupe that performs THE UNUSUAL CONCERT in Moscow.   I emailed 
Boris Goldovsky, who is heir apparant to the Obratztsov directorship, and he 
confirmed they were the same.   It was a huge disappointment to me to be on 
tour in Northern CA and miss the rare one night stand it LA.   I believe the last 
time was over 25 years ago.   Bits of this production played on the Ed 
Sullivan Show in the 1950s and it is billed as "the longest running puppet show" in 
the world.   I have a DVD copy of this program. They sell it at the Theater in 
Moscow, but I
