Subject: [Puptcrit] Looking for puppets for Exhibiton


Hello all.

I am curating an exhibiton of puppets from all over the world, which is 
scheduled to open in Flushing Town Hall in NYC on April 19 and run 
through June 18.
I am looking for hand puppets from Brazil ("mamulengo")
I am also looking for puppets from the Middle East. (I already have 
some wonderful Turkish Kharaghoz shadow figures, but am looking for any 
other Islamic or Israeli puppets)
Does any one have such puppets in their private collections that they 
would be willing to lend for this exhibit?
I understand this is extremely short notice. Please let me know as soon 
as possible.
