This maybe of interest to you as well as others who use paper mache and
related
 techniques in building puppets

It came to me while driving pass a public laundromat that the owners of
the business
are required to empty out the dryer lint traps each night, the average
laundromat has
25-40 dryers, Can you imagine the huge supply of dryer lint one can obtain
for paper
mache? you could obtain enough in one visit to last a lifetime!
Plus your are recycling material. and before anyone goes ewwww, remember
dryer
lint is 100% clean and sterile, it has been washed in hot water and soap
and dry in very hot gas commercial dryers, the lint would be cleaner then the
clothes you are wearing.
You could make hundreds of puppet heads and other parts really free, glue
is very
 cheap in itself
 Regards
 Mark
