We had "young puppeteer's spoof" as far back as 1956...I was a teenager and 
in charge at that time.   We have had "improptu" performances, unscheduled on 
the lawns and in vacant rooms...when PofA had 150-200 Festival goer's.   Pot 
pourris have been around at least since the early 60's.   Jim Gamble
