About hot glue guns: I see this advice everywhere on the web, and even from pros I know: buy many cheap ones, and throw away when they break down. What kind of mentality is this? I hate to throw anything away. I actually prefer to hoard "interesting materials" for future use. Gillette, the razor company seems to have started a craze decades ago, and now everything is meant to be disposable. I hate this. Arent' there any ways to hack hot glue guns to make them last? If anybody knows any brand that are made to last, that are even made to be repaired, please refer them to me. For now, all I can use form the dead glue guns is the fine copper wire inside the cord. Pretty colors that oxidize with time! Maybe I can use the gun casing to make puppet controllers...? Mathieu René Créaturiste Marionnettes, Masques, Etcetera...
