Hi Daniel,
Did you makie your loop tool from a very soft and pliable opper wire, or a 
very stiff one?
Cause the memory wire I use is very thin caliber, making it constant and it 
cuts like a dream through the clay.
I had my doubts, since my commercial-bought loop tool has a blade edge to be 
able to cut.
My home-made cuts better in a way.
