Subject: Re: [Puptcrit] Is it the gun or the glue?

The puppet was not covered with fabric. I am unsure if low melt sticks or
dual temp sticks were used but am certain that a low temp gun was used.

Hot melt glue may not melt totally in a hot car, but it will soften,
especially the low temp glue. If a puppet survived in a hot Phoenix car in
the summer, it is probably because the glued joint was not under stress. If
it was covered with fabric, that is what really held it together. Too much
work goes into a puppet to have a bunch of them selfdestruct in the car.
