Mathieu,

I have one of those dehydrators to make jerky, fruit leather, etc.  I've 
used that instead of the oven to speed dry.   Have you every tried one 
of those?  It's been very handy to have around and the family is happy 
that I'm not taking up the oven with puppets not food.  Few things upset 
a family more than finding puppet or prop parts in the oven.
