Sandy-
At the time I was part of a group that was an NFP in Atlanta.  
Currently I am part of my husband's company in Long Island which is a  
for profit company (He's a writer of books, comics, and other stuff  
so basically he IS the company) so i can't apply for those sorts of  
grants now. If I get back into puppetry the way I use to, then I  
would do the paperwork to create my own company based as an NFP or  
find one in the area that I could work with under their umbrella  
which I have found much easier to do in the past.
A number of things I worked on were at the Center for Puppetry Arts  
for their new works series.
