Subject: [Puptcrit] Puppeteers of America festivals


Dear friends,

I am afraid I am a bit confused regarding the scheduling of PofA fests. I know 
the National Festival occurs every other year, but are regional fests 
consistently scheduled for the "in-between" year, or do they happen every year?

Secondly, I know McPharlin's book has a handy summary of when and where the 
national festivals had been held up to the publication date, but is there a full 
list, including regional festivals, somewhere? Predictably, I'm interested in 
ones held in Canada. I recall one in '67 in Waterloo (I think) Ontario, but I 
don't have his fine book at hand.
