You can make any design you want....perhaps a happy face. -I slice off part of the plastic sphere, just the size of the iris. -Glue on the decal to the plastic sphere -Pour some clear resin in the sphere(same size to replace the part removed above), pop it out, glue it on the plastic sphere -Spray on some clear poly coat. -Boom you have an eye ball.... realistic. -On creating an eye rig, you need to determine first, how many axis the eyes will need to move on plus blinking -Next, consider small, but strong parts and materials. -I have milled the holder for the eyes like a two contoured gaskets that form, in a sense a socket that the eye fits into. -Then use a metal pin in the back of the eye for the point of control. How you move this pin, hmmmm many ways...
