Here's what I have noted in working with it.................. In the first 30 minutes or so of working with it, it is tackier than MS. I find a get a better bond with Apoxie Sculpt when bonding mechanics and such inside a head, etc. I still do some good prep work to the area to be bonded (rough sanding, drill small holes to help it mechanically key in, etc.) as I used to do with the MS. I find it smooths a little easier (with water) which is great when modifying a casting, or patching. It feathers in a little better from what I've noticed. It also appears to be less brittle. It's some pretty tough stuff. I had a little left over on a project, and I formed it into a pancake about the size of a half dollar and 1/8" thick or less, just to test it out a little. I've tried to break it with my hands, and can not. IIRC, I could break the MS in a similar size and shape. Cheers, Mike Brose www.puppetsandprops.com On Fri, 16 Jun 2006 06:19:24 -0400 "Mark S.
