You can use any color hot glue you want and 
inject it into the negative plaster tooth 
mold.  The clear may not be the best choice but 
you can paint it. Let it cool and pull it out - 
assuming you have no undercuts.  If you do, then 
you have to either make a multiple part mold, or 
cast in something more flexible like latex, 
neoprene, polyurathane foam, silicone, etc each 
has it's own conditions and treatments to the surface of the mold, etc..  Ax
